Nancy Arico
Treasurer
Nancy became a member St. John’s staff in the role of treasurer in 2023. She and her husband Joe joined St. Johns in 2018. Nancy served as an Elder from 2020-2023 and worked closely with Ridgley on the Christian Education committee. She also served on the Transformation Team.
Nancy received her BS in accounting from Wingate University and a MS in quantitative analysis from Virginia Commonwealth University. She’s had a long career as an Actuary. She currently works part-time and seasonally for Ernst & Young but is looking forward to fully retiring from this work for a second time in the near future.
With a love of learning and an interest in spiritual formation and theology, Nancy has completed several programs for laity. She has a certificate in Spiritual Formation for Columbia Theological Seminary, completed the Commission Lay Pastor program at the University of Dubuque Theological Seminary. Nancy has also completed a program in Contemplative Leadership through OASIS Ministries in Spiritual Development.
Nancy enjoys all types of needlework, especially quilting, reading (or listening), and Pilates
